LOLA M. JONES

Lola Mae Jones, 84, died Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

She was born Sept. 28, 1924, to Fred and Beulah Harkey in Moscow. 

She married V. Dale Sykes in 1941. He preceded her in death.

She then married W.V. “Bud” Jones. He preceded her in death.

She attended school in Hugoton.

She is survived by one son, Chris Sykes and wife, Rhonda, Phoenix; one daughter, Michelle Davy and husband, Jerry, Oklahoma City;  three grandchildren, Jeremy Davy and wife, Sabrina, Juli Dybing and Cara Schaffer and husband, Gene; and four great-grandchildren, Ella, Jordyn, Matthew and Rebekah. 

She was also preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Juanita Woodward.

o A memorial service will be scheduled at a later time.

Memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church in Hooker, Okla., or the charity of the donor’s choice and may be sent to Roberts Brothers Funeral Home Inc., Box 745, Hooker, OK 73945.
