Manhattan – Lukas Alan Brozek, age 3 months, died Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, at Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan.
He is survived by his mother, Cera Brozek and fiancée, Shane Holloman, Manhattan; grandparents, Tim and Lori Brown, Forgan, Okla., and Rodney Brozek,  Meade; great-grandparents, Ben and Eleanor Valdez, Amarillo, Texas, Bonnie Brozek, Haviland, and Marge Brown, Paola; great-great-grandmother, Adela Rodriguez, Guymon, Okla.; and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Larry Rodriguez.
o Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Forgan with Pastor Paul Dickson presiding. 
Burial will follow at Forgan Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Forgan in care of Kitch-Brenneman Funeral Home, 1212 W. Second, Liberal, KS 67901.
