ROGER G. DUNSWORTH

Roger Gary Dunsworth, 60, died Monday, June 8, 2009, At KU Medical Center in Kansas City. 

He was born May 25, 1948, to Larry and Dixie Lamon Dunsworth in Liberal. 

He married Marie Jose Jourdano April 26, 1971, in Kinglsey, R.I. She survives. 

He graduated High School at Laverne, Okla. 

He entered the U.S. Navy, serving 14 years. He was a long haul truck driver for many years and presently a security officer for Securitus. 

He is survived by one son, Gary Dunsworth and wife, Torrey, Gaston, Ore.; one daughter, Christine Dunsworth, Marion; one brother, Larry Dean Dunsworth; three sisters, Lona Darling and husband, Joe of Washington, Colleen Smith, Elk City, Okla., and Lorna Kies and husband, Donald, Noble, Okla.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. 

o Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Miller Chapel with the Rev. Stanley Lehnert presiding. 

Burial will be at the Restlawn Memorial Gardens with military honors by the American Legion Sgt. Lawrence Wimmer Post No. 80.
