OLGA BOWEN

ULYSSES – Olga Bowen, 60, died Sunday, June 7, 2009,at her home in Ulysses.

She was born June 3, 1949, to William Howard and Lois Jeanette

(Black) Belsha in Liberty, Texas.

She married Sheldon Eugene Bowen March 12, 2005, in Shelby, Texas. He died April 9, 2007.

She is survived by her father; one half brother, Randal Belsha and wife, Lucille, Logansport, La.; her father- and mother-in-law, Richard and Voncele Bowen, Ulysses; one brother-in-law, Philip Bowen and wife, Pepper, Chaney; uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces; and other friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, a stillborn child, and one sister, Mary Lynn Gipson.

o Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Grant County Funeral Home Chapel in Ulysses with Pastor Bart Lillibridge presiding.

Burial will follow at the Ulysses Cemetery.

Friends may sign the register from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to the Redeemed Unto Life Healing Center in Ulysses or Donor’s Choice in care of Grant County Funeral Home, 218 S. Main, Ulysses, KS 67880.
