Eduardo Adolfo “Socky” Moreno, 6, died Thursday, June 18, 2009, at Southwest Medical Center. 

He was born Oct. 16, 2002, to Luis and Nancy (Macias) Moreno in Liberal. 

He was a student at Lincoln Elementary School. 

He is survived by his grandparents, Amparo Macias, Cactus, Texas, Barbara Chavira, Mexico, and Eduardo Moreno of Mexico; his parents, Liberal; two brothers, Antonio Moreno, Liberal, and Cesar Moreno, Liberal; one sister, Diana Moreno, Liberal; and two nephews, Jazim and Ray Sena, Liberal. 

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Adolfo Macias. 

o Vigil and rosary will be at 6 p.m. today at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Liberal. 

Memorial Mass will be at 6 p.m. Monday at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Father Jim Dieker presiding. 

Burial will follow at the Liberal Cemetery. 

Memorials are suggested to the Eduardo “Socky” Memorial Fund in care of Kitch-Brenneman Funeral Home, 1212 W. Second, Liberal, KS 67901.
