VOYZA I. GARDNER
HUGOTON – Voyza Irene Gardner, 93, died Monday, Oct. 12, 2009, at the Pioneer Manor Nursing Home in Hugoton where she was a resident.
She was born Oct. 3, 1916, to Otis and Minnie (Vanhoessan) Clay in Meade.
She married Ralph John “Jack” Gardner. He died in 1994.
She was a homemaker.
She was a past member of the Baptist Church in Meade.
Survivors include three sons, George Wayne Feldman and wife, Carolyn, Hugoton, Robert Dean Gardner and wife, Terri, Herminston, Ore., and Howard Lee Feldman and wife, Doris, Federal Way, Wash.; one brother, Malcom Clay, Meade; five grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by her parents; two infant daughters; one granddaughter; one brother, Walter Clay; and one sister, Lou Bergerner.
o Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, at Paul’s Funeral Home in Hugoton with the Minister Randy Nash presiding.
Burial will follow at the Hugoton Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the family and may be mailed in care of Paul’s Funeral Home, Box 236, Hugoton, KS 67951.
