ULYSSES – Jesus “Jesse” Carmona, 25, died Nov. 3, 2008, at Newman Memorial Hospital in Shattuck, Okla.
He was born Nov. 23, 1982, to Jesus Manuel and Maria Elfida (Guerrero) Carmona in Satanta.
He was employed by Boomer Well Service and Boom Test Service. He was a derek hand, floor hand and most recently a hydro tester.
He enjoyed spending time with his children and working on trucks.
He is survived by his mother; his grandmothers, Josefina Portillo and Manuela Garcia, both of Mexico; his wife, Marybel Ayala; two sons, Sergio Jesus Carmona and Adrian Manuel Carmona; two daughters, Arlene Marie Ayala and Anissa Daniela Ayala, all of the home; two brothers, Orlando Carmona, Salina, and Noe Carmona, Hugoton; and one sister, Lorena Carmona Avalardo, Fort Worth, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandfathers, Alfredo Guerrero and Juan Carmona.
Funeral mass was at 11 a.m. today at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ulysses with the Rev. Francis Khoi Nguyen presiding.
Vigil service was at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ulysses with the Rev. Francis Khoi Nguyen presiding.
Burial followed at the Ulysses Cemetery.
